Shortly after Mark’s accident his family and friends gathered together to help raise money to offset some of the medical bills, a home remodel and the new equipment Mark would need as a quadriplegic. This group dubbed Team Cameron planned a golf tournament to continue raising money through tournament fees and both silent and live auctions. This money was raised to help Mark afford to continue living alone in his newly remodeled home and employ caregivers along with the expense of medical costs and exercise equipment.

The Mark Cameron Golf Classic Committee continues to raise money annually with a variety of Sponsorship Packages to local businesses and, in addition to Mark’s personal expenses, they have started raising money for Make a Splash lnc. The 2021 Mark Cameron Golf Classic is scheduled for Friday, September 9th.
